Demise of the Twinkie
A cake, with
the color of gold,
looks like a
sponge. In the interior,
it is filled
with cream and
68 percent
air.
It is a
joyful treat for some while
it
represents a health concern to others.
The end of
it would be a loss
of a sibling
of the junk food family.
There are
many uses for the twinkles
ranging from
eating to experimenting.
They toast
similar
to a
marshmallow at high heat. But the filling
becomes
carbon if it stays too long.
They also
can be dissolved in water
with its
cream oozing out of the soaked pores of pastry.
It contains
lower calories
than any
other junk food
that can act
as a dieting where
you lose
more than gain
in weight as
well as caloric intake.
This
nostalgia would soon be over,
but its
shelf life continue as we age.
